What does Luxurway offer?

Luxurway provides luxury furnished private homes for rent in central Houston locations near the Texas Medical Center, Galleria, River Oaks, Downtown, NRG, West University and more. Luxurway focuses on single family private homes with 3-5 bedrooms and apartments with 1-2 bedrooms that are fully-furnished and equipped including a gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms and baths, home office/study spaces, TVs and outdoor backyard and pool area.

What is the difference between a Luxurway home versus an apartment or hotel room?

Luxurway furnished private homes offer more privacy, space and affordability for your family for extended stays. Instead of squeezing into a small apartment or reserving multiple hotel rooms, you can enjoy the comfort and peace of a Luxurway home away from home.

What is included in the price of my stay?

The discounted pricing of $200-450/night includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water), TV service, high speed wireless internet (WiFi), lawn care and pool care (if applicable), and use of an in home washer & dryer. Housekeeping during your stay is available for an additional fee.

Are the homes furnished?

Yes! All homes come fully-furnished and fully-equipped throughout.

• Kitchens come fully-equipped with appliances, plates, Cups, Silverware utensils, Serving utensils, Pots, Pans, Serving Dishes, Cutting Board, etc..

• Bathroom essentials such as towels, starter hand soap and shampoo are provided.

• Bedroom essentials such as comforters, sheets, pillowcases and pillows are provided.

Are the homes private?

Yes! All homes are private single family homes dedicated to extended stays with private entrances, parking and backyard / pool areas. You have full privacy and seclusion during your stay.

Are the homes safe and secure?

Yes! All homes come with a smart alarm system and driveway gate for your peace of mind. Our homes are located in safe and quiet residential areas.

Do you offer discounted rates for extended stays?

Do you offer discounted rates for medical patients and their family members?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for medical patients coming for treatment at the Texas Medical Center / MD Anderson. Call us at  (832) 304-3322 or email us at Info@Luxurway.com to confirm availability and discounted pricing.

Are the homes pet friendly?

Yes, the homes are pet friendly and have fully-fenced yards for your dog(s). There is a pet deposit so please contact us for more details.

What happens if I need to extend my stay past the original check out date?

Once you're staying with us, we offer you the first right of refusal to extend your stay if needed before we book the property for any other guest. We also provide you with discounted pricing for any extensions based on the prorated nightly rate.

Is there a refundable damage deposit?

Yes, we request a refundable damage deposit to cover any damages or negligence during your stay. Considering there are no damages to the property, you will receive your damage deposit refund back within 30 days of your check out date.
